User Operations
Users can log in with the Organisation name as login name as set up by the Administrator. Depending on the password, distributed by the Administrator to the users of the report, a certain level of access will be given.
Access levels
- Editors; View and Update reports.
- Users; View reports.
- Limited Users; View reports, but not all report fields.
All User Operations
All users have the following Operations available:
- List Report Headers; List all Report Header information for the (login) Organisation in condensed layout. To view the Report Header information in extended layout click on the report Name.
- List Reports; List all Report names with 1 text field (max 20 characters) and Report Update timestamp. Be aware; only reports that not have expired can be viewed. When clicking on the report Name the Report details will be displayed. If logged in as a Limited User only the fields that are set up to be viewed by all users are shown.
The Report List page will automatically refresh every 30 sec and the Report View page will autorefresh every 2 minutes to monitor updates that have been executed by editors.
Editor Operations
After selecting a report from the Report List, Editors can click on Update Report to make the report content fields accessible to allow for changes.
